Vivian and Joey’s downtown San Jose’s wedding was full of fun surprises and unique to them moments. Whether playing the squid games marble game with friends during their reception, their cute yorkie “Bear” as their ring bear, (his name is literally Bear and he is the cutest ring bear you’ve ever seen), having flower men dance down the aisle to Justin Bieber, ditching a cake and instead having a 10 course meal that included sushi and 3 different deserts, to the boba tea personalized flavors… they did not overlook 1 detail to their stunning, modern, and romantic wedding day!
My favorite thing about Vivian and Joey though was how much life they brought to every room they entered. They and their friends were full of laughter, dancing, happy tears, and all the good vibes throughout their entire day.
Both Vivian and Joey come from traditional Vietnamese families. Their ceremony and reception were hosted in both english and vietnamese to honor their parents and families.
Though they came from very traditional backgrounds, their wedding day was anything but traditional. If you love anything about their wedding day, you can find vendor links at the bottom :’ )
Overall, Vivian’s vision for a modern and romantic wedding day came to LIFE.
