3. Where can you find good, unique details?

• ETSY: If you desire really unique to you pieces, Etsy is going to be the perfect place to find and support a small business specializing in what you desire! Just make sure you look well in advance as somethings take TIME to create, make, and design for you, not to mention shipping time : )
  • specific pieces that are easily found on etsy: ring box, vow books, jewelry, cuff links, garters, special groom socks, creative ties, custom veil, or even custom shoes! (basically anything you’d want custom done haha)
• BHLDN: For bridal specific details such as hair pieces, shoes, veils, accessories, etc, BHLDN is incredible! It’s in affiliation with Anthropologie. Their pieces are detailed, unique, and to die for 🤤
• Searching through your grandparent’s nick nacks: Whether it’s a vintage ring box, a vintage perfume bottle you can put your favorite perfume inside of, or even an old tie or veil they forgot they had! You never know what old nick nacks can turn into your dream detail for your wedding day! Just takes a day of searching
• Vintage Shops: this one takes some time digging and searching, but like your grandparent’s home, you never know what vintage details you find that fit in perfectly with your details!
• Amazon: Don’t have enough time to wait on the unique or custom detail from etsy? Amazon may have more unique pieces that can get to you within a couple business days!
  • specific pieces that can be easily found on Amazon: ring box, vow books, tie, cuff links, garters, really anything! It will just be less custom or less choices to choose from
• FB marketplace: this one may not be the best for bridal details specifically- but if you are looking for details like centerpieces or extra decorative details, FB marketplace can be a great place to find bulk of items that another bride used for her wedding and now has no use for!

Now, let me leave you with this: never forget details full of PURPOSE are always preferred over PERFECT details. Truth? there is no such thing as perfect, only perfect for YOU.

You don’t need all the details, but you can have them all if you want. You don’t need everything custom, but you can if you want! There is no right or wrong way to do details. There is only the way that has meaning, value, and purpose in celebrating your love and commitment.
